Aerotech MPS-SV series
lift stages provide high-performance elevation motion
in a compact, cost-effective
design. Offered in two sizes
(MPS50SV and MPS75SV),
these stages are perfect for
applications from light-duty
laboratory research to high-duty-cycle production. Multi-axis stage configurations are easily
assembled with MPS linear and rotary stages using the adapter
brackets and mounting compatibility inherent in the MPS stage family.
All MPS-SV stages feature a precision-ground ball screw and preloaded
crossed-roller bearings providing smooth and accurate geometric
performance, exceptional accuracy and repeatability, and 0.05 µm
minimum incremental motion capabilities. MPS-SV stages are available
vacuum-prepped to 10-6 torr including a vacuum-rated connector.

Aerotech MPS-GR series
rotary stages provide
accurate, repeatable
positioning in a miniature,
low profile and economic
package. Available in
two sizes (MPS50GR
and MPS75GR), they
are engineered for the
confines and requirements of a laboratory or R&D setting. MPS-GR
stages are ideal for optics, measurement, alignment, inspection and
other similar applications and incorporate precision worm-gear drive
and bearing components for accurate and repeatable positioning. They
are available with DC servo or stepper motors and either a 20 mm or
30 mm clear aperture. MPS-GR rotary stages provide 80 arc-seconds
accuracy, 1 arc-second resolution, 6 arc-seconds repeatability and
180° per second maximum speed.

provides exceptional accuracy, repeatability and ultra-fine positioning
resolution capability to 0.1 micron. The MPS series is available with a
DC servomotor or stepper motor, and the crossed-roller linear bearings
provide smooth travel and excellent payload characteristics. Travel is
up to 100 mm.

A3200 motion controller
to provide precise time
alignment of motion
and data acquisition
functions. Integrating
data acquisition into the motion control platform provides a cost-effective data acquisition solution with quick and easy configuration
and setup for shorter development time. Sensor Fusion accepts up to
four different SF cards. Data collection is synchronized across all cards
so there is never a need to align data after collection. Data collection,
configuration, and analysis are done using the A3200’s extensive set of
software tools, so there is no additional software required.
